Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and nice with 2 queen beds, a sink, fridge, and microwave, but they were not ready when promised. The average room had its perks but some downsides too.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a little above average, but unfortunately, they were not as clean as expected, with hair on the bathroom floor in several places, mold in the showers, and a musty smell throughout, which was quite off-putting. The service, on the other hand, was fantastic – the staff were friendly, helpful, and super sweet, despite the front desk clerk being overwhelmed with a double workload. The location was ideal for both historical shopping and a relaxing riverfront getaway. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired, lacking the quality and variety I have come to expect at Hilton properties. While the facilities were decent, the cleanliness issue in the rooms overshadowed the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room, with a gigantic walk-in shower and a lovely balcony view, was clean and comfortable. Being in an end room on the corner with floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls provided breathtaking views.
